| All talents under MODEX are expected to take a minimum of one (1) job each month. |
| Talents must maintain a professional image while working under the name MODEX. |
| All talents are responsible for punctual attendance at photoshoots, events, or other scheduled activities. |
| Talents are prohibited from engaging in any actions that could harm the reputation of MODEX or its clients, whether directly or through social media. |
| MODEX is responsible for managing, promoting, and connecting models with relevant projects. |
| Payment of honorarium or fees will be made according to the project agreement approved by MODEX, the client, and the model. |
| MODEX reserves the right to suspend or terminate a contract in cases of unprofessional behavior, breach of agreement, or misconduct. |
| OUT OF CHARACTER |

| The monthly job may include IC updates or plots with fellow MODEX talents or external collaborators. These activities will be counted as a form of active participation. |
| All talents are required to include MODEX identification in their bio or location. |
| Talents must prepare a personal portfolio to be featured on the agency’s website (including attachments such as runway or photoshoot plots). |
| Talents may participate in external runway or photoshoot auditions; if agency assistance or representation is needed, please contact the base team for further coordination. |
